To become a licensed Sales Associate, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid Social Security number. You must complete a state-approved 63-hour Pre-Licensing course (FREC I), pass the course exam, and then pass the Florida State Real Estate Exam.

This is a targeted, intensive review session specifically designed for candidates just prior to their state exams. Led by Don Dillon, it focuses on straightforward instruction and math-specific videos to help you pass the state level exam on your first attempt.

Yes! We offer 24/7 online access to our courses, allowing you to learn at your own pace, anytime and anywhere.

Our state-approved CE curriculum includes:

  • 3 Hours of Core Law: Essential updates from the Florida DBPR.
  • 3 Hours of Business Ethics: Professional standards and practices.
  • 8 Hours of Specialty Credits: Electives designed to improve daily brokerage operations.
  • Sales Associates: Must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education during their first renewal period (typically 18–24 months after receiving their license).
  • Broker Candidates: Require a 60-hour post-licensing course.
Yes. There is a final exam at the end of each course to ensure you have retained the information and to meet state integrity requirements.
