To become a licensed Sales Associate, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and hold a valid Social Security number. You must complete a state-approved 63-hour Pre-Licensing course (FREC I), pass the course exam, and then pass the Florida State Real Estate Exam.
This is a targeted, intensive review session specifically designed for candidates just prior to their state exams. Led by Don Dillon, it focuses on straightforward instruction and math-specific videos to help you pass the state level exam on your first attempt.

Our state-approved CE curriculum includes:
- 3 Hours of Core Law: Essential updates from the Florida DBPR.

- Sales Associates: Must complete 45 hours of post-licensing education during their first renewal period (typically 18–24 months after receiving their license).
- Broker Candidates: Require a 60-hour post-licensing course.
