At the Florida Academy of Real Estate, we want to ensure you have the best possible experience as you launch or advance your real estate career. We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following policy to keep our process affordable and straightforward.


1. Online Courses

  • Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund for an online course within a specific timeframe from the date of purchase, provided the course has not been completed and no Certificate of Completion has been issued.
  • Access: Because our courses offer 24/7 online access, once a significant portion of the material has been accessed or a final exam has been attempted, refunds may no longer be available.
  • Materials: Any physical textbooks or materials included in “inclusive packages” must be returned in new, resalable condition to qualify for a full refund of the material portion of your tuition.

2. Classroom Training

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel your seat in an upcoming session at our Jupiter or Boca Raton locations, please notify us at least 48 hours before the class begins.
  • Rescheduling: We offer total flexibility; students may typically transfer their tuition to a future class date at no additional charge.
  • No-Shows: Refunds are generally not provided for students who do not attend a scheduled class without prior notice.

3. Exam Prep and Digital Products

  • Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are typically not offered for Real Estate Math Videos or other downloadable Exam Prep materials once they have been accessed.
  • Technical Support: If you experience technical issues accessing your digital products, our support team usually responds within minutes to ensure you can continue your studies.

4. Refund Process

  • How to Request: To request a refund, please email our billing department at support@floridaacademyofrealestate.com.
  • Required Information: Please include your name, the course name, and your receipt or order number to help us process your request quickly.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
